Description
Our Commercial Pilot Track (CPT) program is a flight training course for individuals aspiring to become a commercial pilot, but may not be interested in becoming a Flight Instructor.
Commercial pilot training
Through our Commercial Pilot Track (CPT) program, cadets will train for and gain their Private Pilot Certificate (3 months), Instrument Rating (3 months), and Commercial Multi-Engine Certificate (3 months) simultaneously. So, our cadets are ready to pursue their commercial aviation career in just 10 months, with no previous flying experience required.
Our commercial pilot training takes place at our sunny central Florida flight school, where cadets can benefit from over 300 days of excellent flying weather each year & learn from professional Flight Instructors on 5 different Flight Training Devices (FTDs) and a fleet of over 90 single-and-multi-engine aircraft.
If you’re looking for earning potential to match your desire for adventure – a career as a pilot is for you. You can help fund your pilot training by applying for a flight school student loan, a range of aviation scholarships, flight school loans, and other and other forms of financial support.
What are my career prospects?
The B.A.O.A.S commercial pilot training program is the best training route to prepare students for life as a commercial pilot, whether for a commuter or an on-demand operator. Our CPT program takes cadets to commercial aviation-ready pilots in just 10 months.
Our CPT cadets will also benefit from our connections with legacy, major, regional and charter airlines across the United States. Representatives from these airlines regularly visit our Flight School to give cadets the opportunity to seek career advice and interview our CFIs for First Officer positions with some of the most well-known airlines in the country.

Take a trial flight
Undertaking any form of airline pilot training is a large personal and financial investment. If you have never had the chance to fly a plane before starting your airline pilot training program then booking a trial flight is a great way to see if it is the right choice for you.
During a trial flight, a Certified Flight Instructor can explain what is involved in becoming a pilot and give you a flavor of life in the air.
