Our history is rooted in true collaboration with global airlines. Our graduates are now flying for airlines across the world, including British Airways, IndiGo, Ryanair, TAP Air Portugal, Jet2, Turkish Airlines and Wizz Air.
In fact, since 2022, 300 of our graduates have been employed by airlines as they begin their dream career!
The Graduate Placement Pool
To assist you in securing your position as a First Officer, we give all our graduates access to the Graduate Placement Pool. This offers advantages to newly qualified pilots including: benefiting from our airline relationships, regular interview skills and CV workshops and airline ready preparation days.
We were delighted to attend British Aero Academy’s London Training Centre recently for another successful recruitment event. The quality of the applicants was very high with a growing proportion coming from British Aero Academy’s Graduate Placement Pool.
Airline Programmes
We've been a pioneer in developing airline-focused flight training programmes that ensure our graduates transition seamlessly into airline flight operations.
We’ve worked with numerous global airlines; often exclusively; to provide aspiring pilots with very little or no flight experience tailored training programmes to meet airline standard operating procedures and company culture.
You'll be airline-mentored and part of the team from day one, again subject to the airline specification.
